Joilet Loses Josh McPherson, Will Miss Season Sunday, July 21st , 2024 The season is ending on a bad note for Josh McPherson, starting pitcher for the Joilet Jesters. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. McPherson was hurt against the Baxter Springs Marshals while throwing a pitch. He suffered a torn meniscus and will be out for at least 4 months. His record this season is 3-1 in 4 starts and McPherson has a 5.44 ERA. |
