Prairie Thunder Move on to League Championship Series Tuesday, September 27th , 2022 The Randolph Prairie Thunder clubhouse was filled with glee and celebration tonight, while the Spokane Selects room was filled with despair and sadness after the Division Series concluded. "Someone's got to win and someone's got to lose, we're just glad we're on the good end of it tonight and can enjoy this," said Matt Rock, who was named MVP for a strong series of offensive performance. Randolph won the final game by a 11-4 count at Prairie Thunder Ballpark and the series 4-2. Spokane manager Chris McLure was simple and to-the-point in his assessment of the series. "They were the better team and deserve to move on," he said. For the series, Rock hit .435 with a .458 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 2 runs. The Randolph Prairie Thunder don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the New Rochelle Purple Wave - Hickory Crawdads series.
