Ryan Henry of the Orono Oaks was in command and couldn't do much wrong when he was on the mound this season. His outstanding 7-5 won-lost mark and 1.28 ERA were big factors in his winning the 2021 Stripes Conference Pitcher of the Year Award.

In 161.2 innings of work and 27 starts, Henry struck out 154 while giving up 101 hits and 29 walks. He held opposing batters to a .179 average.

He received 23 first place votes out of a possible 24. Beau Larson of the Walnut Park Bobcats finished second in voting with 1 first place vote, while Jaiden Harvey of the Fremont Marshalls finished third.
