Stripes Conference Winner is Alfano Monday, July 24th , 2023 One of the league's most exciting young players, Jeremy Alfano of the Hickory Crawdads earned himself Stripes Conference Player of the Week honors with a standout performance in last week's games. For the week the 25-year-old third baseman had a lofty .474 average (9-for-19), collecting 6 home runs, 9 RBIs and 6 runs scored. On the year, Alfano has hit .316 with 25 home runs, 69 RBIs and scored 45 runs. |
