Baxter Springs Celebrates Wild Card Win Friday, September 17th , 2021 Those who like late-season drama have no doubt enjoyed watching the Baxter Springs Marshals this season. The Stars Conference East Division club today wrapped up a wild card victory, with precious little time to spare in the season. "Better late than never right? I don't think our team ever stopped believing we'd make the playoffs," said starting pitcher Alessio Monti. The team's 79-64 record will see them off to the postseason, with a chance to win the 1st ABA Development League championship in franchise history. |
