Nashville's Pintado Down with Injury Wednesday, May 29th , 2024 Playoff hopes of Lasers player Arturo Pintado have been dealt a blow today after tests revealed the starting pitcher suffered a torn flexor tendon in his elbow throwing a pitch in today's game against Chesapeake Tailgators. Pintado is expected to miss up to 6-7 months, effectively ruling him out of the playoffs. This year, Pintado has a 3-3 record and a 7.26 ERA. |
