The 26-year-old left fielder went about his business with vigor last week to grab the Stripes Conference Player of the Week honors. He compiled a .529 average (18-for-34) with 3 home runs, 15 RBIs and 7 runs scored. On the season, McCain is batting .276 with 13 home runs and 40 RBIs. He has played in 44 games. |
