Hollick Bashes 5 Base Hits Saturday, May 25th , 2024 Fremont designated hitter David Hollick had a big day at Hedgehogs Park against the Chesapeake Tailgators. The 28-year-old, who is not typically considered a big threat with the bat, went 5-for-6 and led to the 22-12 Marshalls triumph over Chesapeake. "Hey, I'm as surprised as you guys are," Hollick said in his postgame comments, smiling as he scolded the press corps for underestimating him. "Maybe I'm not so bad at the plate after all." David Hollick hit a three-run home run off Jimmy Miano in the 1st, hit a GRAND SLAM off Jimmy Miano in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, flied out in the 6th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 8th.
