20-Game Hitting Streak for Gaylord Friday, July 29th , 2022 Fighting Quakers first baseman Justin Gaylord has extended his hitting streak to 20 games. He went 1-for-4 in today's game against the Walnut Park Bobcats. Quebec won the ballgame, 3-1. "Got a hit and a win," he said later. "OK, I'll take it." Justin Gaylord grounded out in the 1st, grounded out in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th and hit a two-run single in the 8th. This season, Gaylord is batting .304 with 2 home runs. His totals include 35 RBIs and 29 runs scored. |
