Bad News for Hartford, Doug Joseph Hurt Monday, May 13th , 2024 A blow for Doug Joseph today -- team doctors confirmed he will miss 9-10 months with a ruptured medial collateral ligament. Joseph suffered the injury running the bases. Although officials from the Hartford Matadors are confident he'll make a full recovery, doubts will persist about Joseph's ability to return fully fit with an injury of this nature. This year, Joseph has hit at a .195 clip with 16 hits, 1 home run, 11 RBIs and 5 runs scored. |
