Breen Snags StC Top Hurler Trophy Friday, July 1st , 2022 The elite pitcher this past month in the Stripes Conference was Brian Breen of the New Rochelle Purple Wave. He stood head and shoulders above the rest, finishing June with an extraordinary 4-2 record and a 2.51 ERA. The Purple Wave star hurler made 6 starts and surrendered 31 hits in 43 innings. He struck out 43 and walked 15. For this year, Breen has chalked up 8 wins and 4 losses in 11 starts with 72 strikeouts in 80 innings and a 3.15 ERA. |
