But for now the young Quebec Aces star can enjoy the numbers he put up in June, which have garnered him the nod as the Stars Conference Batter of the Month. His breakout month featured a .316 average with 9 home runs, 22 RBIs and 22 runs scored. For the season, Ortega has produced 86 hits in 279 at-bats for a .308 average with 24 home runs and gotten on base at a .391 clip. |
