Coon Rips Dillonvale for 5 Hits Friday, August 2nd , 2019 Thanks to Tom Coon and his big bat, the Marshalls derailed the Dillonvale Indians 16-3 today at Black Diamonds Ballpark. The Fremont left fielder had a standout game with 5 hits in 5 at-bats. Tom Coon walked in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Jim Unknown in the 5th, hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 6th, hit a three-run home run off Jim Unknown in the 7th and hit an RBI double in the 9th. Thus far this season Coon has hit .274 with 13 home runs, 42 RBIs and scored 33 times. |
