Montreal's Murphy to Miss 4 Months Tuesday, April 8th , 2025 Jim Murphy of the Montreal Royals was injured in today's game against Baxter Springs and had to be helped off the field by the trainers. The initial diagnosis is an arthritic elbow, and he is expected to be out for up to 4 months. It happened while Murphy was throwing a pitch. "It hurt a lot, to be honest. I just hope it heals soon and I can get back on the field." |
