Mill on Fire: 5-for-5 for Cleveland Tuesday, May 31st , 2022 No matter what the San Diego Fleet threw at him, Isaiah Mill hit it. He easily handled Fleet pitching, going 5 for 5 and helping the Brawlers triumph, 4-2, at San Diego Stadium. "The way I was swinging, I think I could have closed my eyes and hit the ball," he told BNN reporters in the postgame interview. Told of Mill's quip, Fleet skipper Chris Evans said he "would take him up on that next time." Isaiah Mill doubled in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 3rd, doubled in the 5th, singled in the 7th and doubled in the 9th. For the year, Mill is batting .284 with 3 home runs.
