Bowman Crafts 6-0 Shutout Friday, May 7th , 2021 It wasn't easy but Jerry Bowman made it look that way. Bowman silenced the Montreal Maroons, 6-0, in a Indianapolis Eagles triumph at Eagles Stadium. Despite the appearance of dominance, Bowman said that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up 2 walks and 3 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else."
