Daniel Bangs Out 5 Base Hits Sunday, September 22nd , 2024 Eric Daniel had an answer for everything the San Francisco Fire threw at him at San Francisco Grounds. The Hollywood first baseman went 5-for-6 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Stars a win, 10-6. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Daniel said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Eric Daniel doubled in the 1st, hit an RBI double in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 6th, singled in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
