Halifax Wins Divisional Series Tuesday, October 13th , 2026 The Halifax Heathens out-dueled and outgunned the Austin Desperados in the Divisional Series and are on to the next round. Halifax won the final game 15-2 at Dell Diamond and the series 4-1. Andy Brewer was named series MVP for a strong offensive performance during the Divisional Series. He had a .478 average with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 9 RBI and scored 4 runs. "I was seeing the ball well and glad to help my team out and get us to the Championship Series," he said. The Halifax Heathens will play against the Boston Whistlers in the next round. Boston won their series against the Philadelphia Marauders 4 games to 1. The Championship Series schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
