Cincinnati Blanks Shiners, Morgan at His Best Monday, October 18th , 2021 Lee Morgan kept the Charleston Shiners hitters from doing much damage at The Castle. Charleston could only muster 5 hits and draw 4 walks against the right-handed Morgan, who controlled them throughout the game. Cincinnati won the contest, 1-0. Morgan added 6 strikeouts in his complete-game effort. "I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Morgan told reporters after the shutout win. "But whatever it was, I hope it happens again next time." To date this year, Morgan shows a 13-9 record, 32 starts, 229.1 innings, 117 strikeouts and a 3.06 ERA.
