Invaders Leon Stops Shiners Tuesday, September 3rd , 2019 Miguel Leon of the Oakland Invaders was masterful today, pitching a 5-hit shutout, 8-0, against the Charleston Shiners. By going the distance, he was at the same time able to give his bullpen a rest, a fact appreciated by Oakland manager Bobby Campbell. "It's nice to have someone who can do that from time to time," he said. "He had command of every ball and every pitch. Great location, too." Leon had 12 strikeouts and no walks in the outing.
