Mitchell Superb Against Vancouver Monday, September 2nd , 2019 In an outstanding mound performance, Indianapolis Eagles starter J.R. Mitchell fired a complete-game shutout against the Vancouver Mounties at Eagles Stadium today. Mitchell was the key to the Eagles's 4-0 win. The 29-year-old right-hander was in high spirits on the mount for much of the game, his mood largely undented by the 4 hits and no walks he allowed. "4 hits?" he said with a laugh following the game.
