Strobel Cruises to Shutout Saturday, August 31st , 2019 Jason Strobel was impressive at Dell Diamond today in the Austin Desperados' 7-0 shutout victory over the Hollywood Stars. The Austin pitcher mystified the Stars in a strong performance, giving up 4 hits and totaling 2 walks and 8 strikeouts. "Jason had them chasing a lot of pitches and talking to themselves," Austin manager Grant Harreld. "It was something special to watch." This year Strobel has 9 wins and 13 losses and a 3.72 ERA.
