Flamino Razor-Sharp, Shuts Out Daytona Beach Saturday, July 8th , 2023 It wasn't easy but Ryan Flamino made it look that way. Flamino silenced the Daytona Beach Sea Turtles, 6-0, in a Maine Pines triumph at Leatherback Park. Despite the appearance of dominance, Flamino said that he felt like he was struggling all game. He gave up no walks and 6 hits. "It didn't feel quite right today, but I made the decision to bear down and work through it," he said. "I made a few mistakes but it goes to show what you can do with grit and not much else." On the year, Flamino has worked 126.1 innings with 124 strikeouts en route to a 10-3 record and 2.71 ERA.
