Getting an impressive start from Moises Gonzalez, Spokane beat New Rochelle by the score of 3-2. Justin Brownlee earned the save for Spokane, his 6th. The Selects now have a record of 80-64.

With scoring opportunities rare, the Selects had to cash in when they had the chance. One such opportunity presented itself in the bottom of the fourth, when first baseman Ricky Plascencia hit a 2-run single. The single came off Ricky Valdez and made the score 3-0, Selects. Plascencia was 1 for 3. He drove in 2 runs.
