Mitch Jarka was instrumental in his team's 5-3 triumph over the Randolph Prairie Thunder. The center fielder went 2-3 with a triple and 2 walks, while scoring 2 for the Fremont Marshalls. Casey Danis, 3-1, earned the win in relief. He allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. This win makes it 7 in a row for Fremont.
Raul Arreola hit a 2-run double off Roger Rosendahl in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Marshalls in front, 4-3. In addition to the double, Arreola had 2 singles, while going 3 for 4.
