Custis Powers Fighting Quakers to 6-2 Win
The Quebec Fighting Quakers defeated the Ann Arbor Z's, 6-2, at Knights Ballpark. Quebec catcher Sean Custis had a superb performance. He went 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Miguel Berrios, the winner, is now 15-3. He struck out 6 and walked 1 over 6.1 innings, while allowing 2 runs on 4 hits. The win for the Fighting Quakers raised their record to 88-53.

Custis had a key at-bat for Quebec in the top of the second. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was his 15th home run of the season and gave Quebec an early 2-0 lead.
