The Quebec Aces besoiled an otherwise fine performance by Palm Springs third baseman Eric Milbrandt by beating the Heat, 5-4, at Belmont Park. Milbrandt was 3-5 with a home run and a double, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. With this game in the books, Quebec is 70-71, Palm Springs 94-47.

The Aces got a clutch hit from left fielder Dan Brewer. In the bottom of the 12th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Aces.
