The Orono Oaks topped the Walnut Park Bobcats, 6-5, in Stripes Conference action at Ballpark of Walnut Park. The standout performance belonged to Orono pitcher and Salamanca, New York, native D.J. Urbanek. Earning his 9th save for Orono was Jordan Green. Orono has an impressive 90-42 record.

In the top of the first, Orono right fielder Julio Negron had a run-producing at-bat. Facing Walnut Park hurler Kyle Sandor, Negron got hit by a pitch, driving in 1 run. That made the score 2-0, Orono. For the day, Negron drew 1 walk.
