The Quebec Aces picked up a win at Black Diamonds Ballpark, knocking off the Dillonvale Indians, 4-3. On the mound for Quebec was right-hander Sean Torkelson. He played a key role in the triumph. Kyle Thompson sewed up the save, his 11th. The second-place Aces have won 10 straight.

Quebec used a well-timed hit by Jeremy Capra to capture the win. The designated hitter socked a 2-run double in the top of the third inning to put the Aces ahead, 3-1. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.

"The chili dogs will taste better tonight after this win," said the ever-candid Torkelson.
