The New Rochelle Purple Wave powered past the Walnut Park Bobcats, 8-7, at Ballpark of Lexington. Dan Brewer provided some of the pop. He went 2-4 with a double and a walk. He scored 2 runs. The New Rochelle win streak is now 3 games.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With one out, Brewer hit a fastball from Sean Rosato for a run-scoring double. The Purple Wave, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
