The Quebec Aces defeated the Palm Springs Heat, 6-1, at Heat Ballpark. Quebec catcher Ricardo de Leon had a superb performance. He was 2-3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. The winning pitcher was Brent Stedronsky. His record now stands at 7-11. The right-hander went 6.1 innings, allowing no runs on 4 hits for the Aces.
