Juan Mendoza nailed down the save.

Dylan Waters, who is tied for 5th in the StC in doubles with 23, helped out the Walnut Park cause in the top of the third inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the shortstop went 2-5 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"Our approach was just to try to see something over the plate and be aggressive," Bobb told the Walnut Park Daily News.
