Quebec Fighting Quakers starter Chris Huyard turned in an exceptional performance against the Ann Arbor Z's at Toros Ballpark, resulting in a Quebec win, 3-1. Huyard, now 9-4, was the winner. In 6.1 innings, he gave up 5 hits, while striking out 6, walking 0, and allowing 1 run. Chris McAuley closed the game out for Quebec, earning his 4th save.

The Fighting Quakers picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.
