Selects Ballpark played host to some exciting baseball.

The Spokane Selects defeated the Denver Pilots, 4-3, in 11 innings in Stripes Conference action at Selects Ballpark. Spokane pitcher Danny Cusack had a standout performance. The Spokane win streak is now 7 games.

The defining moment came in the bottom of the 11th for Spokane. That's when Lee Muza hit a solo home run off 31-year old left-handed pitcher Dante Ramos to win the game. The home crowd went wild.

"This game tested our mettle," said Muza.
