The Spokane Selects knocked off the Palm Springs Heat, 4-3, in Stripes Conference action at Selects Ballpark. Spokane pitcher and St. Paul, Minnesota, native Nick Horrocks had an outstanding performance. Horrocks picked up the win for Spokane, going 8 innings. He gave up 3 runs on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 7-2. Spokane is second in the Stripes Conference West Division with a record of 64-50.
