Multi-HR Day for Strader as Z's Overpower Pilots, 2-0

The Denver Pilots and Ann Arbor Z's delighted fans at Knights Ballpark.
The Ann Arbor Z's picked up a win, 2-0, over the Denver Pilots at Knights Ballpark. Matt Strader led the charge. The Madisonville, Tennessee native hit 2 home runs for Ann Arbor. The Pilots, now 55-55, have lost 8 in a row.
With Ann Arbor leading 1-0 in the bottom of the fourth, Strader hit a fastball from Rick Collins for a solo home run. It was his 9th home run of the season and put the Z's ahead, 2-0.
"We're not exactly playing great right now," said Byung-sik Lee, the Denver manager.
