Bowsers Prevail, 4-2, Over Bangor
The Columbus Bowsers converted a terrific effort from starter David Procaccini into a win over the Bangor Lumberjacks at Ballpark of Columbus. The Bowsers won the game by a final score of 4-2. Procaccini picked up the win for Columbus, going 5.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 7 hits. He now sports a record of 14-6. Columbus is third in the Southern A East Division with a record of 76-62.

Columbus right fielder Mike Seals landed a blow when he belted a 2-run home run in the bottom of the first. It was his 10th home run of the season. With it, the Bowsers took a 3-0 lead.

"The only difference is executing pitches and not executing pitches," said Procaccini. "When you don't execute, you get beat. When you execute, you usually give your team a chance to win."
