Danny Arrieta was instrumental in his team's 5-4 triumph over the Louisville Sweepers. The shortstop went 2 for 4 with a home run, while scoring 2 runs for the White Deer Tropics. The winner was White Deer reliever Manny Rivera, now 9-6. The loser was Ray Sauer. With the win, the Tropics improved to 75-61.
Jacob Strand aided the White Deer cause with a run-scoring walk in the bottom of the fifth. For the game, the third baseman went 2 for 3 with a double and a walk. He drove in 2 runs.
