The London Werewolves beat the Dollywood Partons, 8-4, at Dolly Parton Ballpark. The Werewolves got a fine performance from shortstop Ken Fortin, who was 3-4 with a double and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Picking up the win was Miguel de Leon. He went 5.1 innings, allowing 2 runs on 4 hits. The right--hander struck out 2 and walked 2. Picking up his 3rd save was 21-year old right-handed pitcher John Savage.

In the top of the second, Fortin had a 2-run double for London. It was his 11th double of the season and put the Werewolves on top, 3-1.

"We did more than enough to get the win," said Fortin.
