Forero Stars for Sweepers in 9-5 Win
The Nashua Sweepers defeated the Mexico City Aztecs, 9-5, at Tony Gwynn Stadium. Leading the charge for Nashua was right fielder Javy Forero. He went 3-5 with 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Nashua is now 67-64, while Mexico City is 98-33.

Braxton Morris had a big hit for Nashua in the top of the sixth inning. With Nashua leading 4-3, Morris hit a run-scoring double. It was his 25th double of the season and put the Sweepers up, 5-3.

"Our approach was just to try to see something over the plate and be aggressive," Forero told the Nashua Daily.
