The Mexico City Aztecs beat the Bangor Lumberjacks, 6-0. Mexico City pitcher and Centerville, Georgia, native Roy Garcia led the way. With the victory, the Aztecs upped their record to 84-42.

Bangor had little success against Garcia and his splitter. Garcia tossed 93 pitches over 8 innings for the Aztecs.

"Roy pitched the ball pretty freaking great," said Mexico City manager Dan Martinez.
