The Dollywood Partons used a stellar performance from pitcher Sean Hill to throttle the Barrie offense en route to an extra-inning, 4-1 win at Stadia de Leones. Gregg Daugherty got credit for the win, improving to 3-4. He allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2.1 innings. Andy Roberts picked up the save, his 15th.

Cody Lilley had a direct impact on the outcome. Lilley contributed a run-scoring sacrifice fly in the top of the tenth inning to put Dollywood up, 2-1.

Lilley attributed the win to his team's "steely resolve."
