Michael Helps Comets Defeat Lumberjacks, 4-0

The Kalamazoo Comets dealt the Bangor Lumberjacks a 4-0 loss at Ballpark of Bangor. Josh Michael, who is tied for 10th in the S-A with a .290 batting average, was the star on offense. He hit 2 home runs. He scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Dale Kneale was the winner. Over 8 innings, he yielded no runs on 6 hits, with 5 walks and 3 strikeouts. The 5th-place Comets are now 53-69, the Lumberjacks 71-51.
