Cruzgonzalez Leads Lumberjacks to Win
The Bangor Lumberjacks downed the Nashua Sweepers, 9-1, at Ballpark of Bangor. Gilberto Cruzgonzalez led the way, going 3-for-4 for Bangor. John Mills, the winner, improved to 8-6. He held the Sweepers to no runs on 6 hits over 6.2 innings, while striking out 4 and walking 0. The Lumberjacks win now puts them at 60-57.

Cruzgonzalez contributed in the bottom of the first. With the bases loaded, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Bangor get the win.
