The Westwood Bruins and Walnut Park Bobcats delighted fans at Ballpark of Walnut Park.

The Walnut Park Bobcats picked up a win at Ballpark of Walnut Park, knocking off the Westwood Bruins, 6-3. Starting pitcher Kyle Sandor played a key role in the triumph. Tony Wooten, credited with the save, is now 8 for 9 in save opportunities.

In the bottom of the fourth, Ben Barbone delivered a clutch hit. With two gone and runners on 1st and 3rd, the Walnut Park second baseman hit a run-scoring single, putting the Bobcats in front, 6-3.

"Even if things get a little hairy, Kyle trusts his ability," said Walnut Park manager Perry Glickman.

Walnut Park is now 55-46, Westwood 59-42.
