The Dillonvale Indians had to overcome a big game from Walnut Park right fielder Mike Scott to leave Black Diamonds Ballpark with a victory. And they did, winning, 8-5. Scott went 2-3 with a double and a walk. He scored 2 runs. The save went to Jim Unknown, his 1st this season. The last-place Indians own a record of 29-70.

Mark Bower had a big 2-run double for the Indians in the bottom of the first inning. With Dillonvale leading 3-0 and the bases loaded, he got a slider from Jose Perez, who is tied for 7th in the StC in complete games with 1, and swatted a double to right-center. It was his 8th double of the season, and more importantly, it put the Indians ahead, 5-0.
