Thanks in large part to right fielder Ayden Huey, the Columbus Bowsers beat the Kalamazoo Comets, 8-6. Huey went 4-5 with a home run, a double, and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 5. Arturo Pintado claimed the win after being brought in from the bullpen. The right-hander allowed no runs on 1 hit in 2 innings. His record stands at 7-9. The triumph makes Columbus 36-73.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With two out, Huey hit a fastball from Jim Unknown for a 2-run home run. The Bowsers, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"We can always improve and get better, but we're feeling confident after that win," said Huey.
