Jesse Aggas never let London get something going. The Mexico City right-hander commanded his cutter in pitching the Aztecs to a 5-1 win. Earning his 16th save for Mexico City was Hunter Saakadze. With the victory, the Aztecs upped their record to 68-42.

Mexico City used a clutch at-bat from Phil Anselm to capture the win. The catcher hammered a 3-run home run in the top of the fourth inning to put the Aztecs ahead, 3-1. It was his lone hit in 4 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

Mexico City manager Tony Velez praised his team's "energy."
