The Bangor Lumberjacks beat the Lake Elsinore Storm, 6-5, at Dust Devils Ballpark. Bangor left fielder Adam Cartwright led the way. He went 2-3 with a home run. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. Chris Hall was credited with the save for Bangor, his 4th of the season. The Lumberjacks, at 46-47, sit in 5th place in the Southern A East Division.

The game turned with one out in the top of the fourth. That's when Cartwright hit a 2-run home run off Felix Acosta. It propelled the Lumberjacks into the lead, 6-4.

"A great game, a great day," said Cartwright about the win. "I can't complain."
