The Randolph Prairie Thunder downed the Quebec Fighting Quakers, 5-3, in 11 innings at Prairie Thunder Ballpark. Mike Weiss led the way, going 3-for-5 for Randolph. Randolph is now 62-33, 7½ games up in the Stripes Conference East Division.

In the bottom of the 11th, with the score tied, Weiss hammered a 2-run home run to win it for Randolph.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Weiss told the Randolph Bulletin.
