Chris Huyard, who is tied for 8th in the StC with a 8.8 K/9 rate, was locked in. The right-hander led the Quebec Fighting Quakers to a 4-2 win against the Dillonvale Indians at Toros Ballpark. Jerardo Perez sewed up the save, his 4th. Quebec occupies 5th place in the Stripes Conference West Division at 42-42.

Quebec took a 3-2 lead on Joe Tinson's 13th double of the season. The run-scoring double, which Tinson hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Dillonvale pitcher Stephen Keene visibly frustrated.

"We're in a little bit of a dry spell," said Dillonvale manager Markus Mensink.
